The wheelchair appears to be very strong and stable so looks to do the job very well. We purchased as a spare/possible replacement for a much more expensive chair now our son doesn't need lateral supports etc. any more. It is much lighter, and more manoeuvrable than the more expensive piece of equipment.

So some notes we have found by trial and error:
-It does not have a lap strap, so you need to rig up your own.
-The footrests come separately but intuitively easy to fit. They can be lengthened - loosen the bolt about 1cm the tap it back up the tube to loosen the expander bolt, then pull out the desired length and re tighten.
-Its not clear how to un fold the chair - but we find that you tip to one side and push down the vertical tubes next to the arms and the seat will widen.
-There is no click, or bracket to confirm its now at full width, but I think the person being in the chair makes sure it stays wide.
-To re-fold the chair grasp the front and back of the seat fabric. in the middle, and pull up - the chair will narrow for storage.
-There is an obvious slowing down break lever, but not an obvious parking break - we found that the parking break is achieved though pushing the break lever down, instead of pulling up.
-The arms are removable, by pushing the button on the front, then pulling up, but we have not yet found any way of adjusting height etc.
-We feel that most serious users would want a cushion on the seat fabric - these are readily available, but while some of the available cushions have a Velcro backing, unfortunately the chair doesn't, so no way to stop slippage.
So you need to find your own way around it, but still appears to be a very good strong chair.
